By accessing or using FreeCAPTCHA.one ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users including API customers, trial users, and enterprise clients. Using the API or creating an account constitutes acceptance.

FreeCAPTCHA.one provides an AI-powered CAPTCHA solving API service. We offer programmatic solving of various CAPTCHA types through our REST API. The service is provided "as is" subject to the terms herein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@freecaptcha.one.

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Commit fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activities
• Bypass security on systems you do not own or have permission to access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of any party

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

API usage is subject to plan limits and fair use policies. You may not resell or sublicense access to our API without written permission. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage violates these terms.

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

We guarantee 99.9% API uptime on all paid plans. Downtime is measured monthly excluding scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance). Service credits are issued for violations of this SLA as described in your plan details.

All content, trademarks, and technology of FreeCAPTCHA.one are the exclusive property of the company. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your data remains your property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeCAPTCHA.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.
