Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

The following purchases are generally non-refundable:

• Credits that have been partially or fully consumed
• Enterprise plans after project setup and onboarding
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Promotional or discounted credits

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Email contact@freecaptcha.one with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
3. Describe the reason for your refund request
4. Attach any supporting screenshots or evidence if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds for unused credit balances. For example, if you purchased 100,000 solves, consumed 20,000, and the remaining credits are eligible for refund, we'll issue a prorated amount for the 80,000 unused solves.

Enterprise contracts may have different refund terms as specified in the service agreement.

Approved refunds are processed within:

• Credit Cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Wire Transfer: 10–15 business days
• Account Credits: Instant (if you prefer credits over monetary refund)
